Bank of Tanzania Tender: Supply, Installation and Implementation of Reserve Management System “PA/082/2016-2017/HQ/G/27”

The Bank of Tanzania (BOT) invites applications for prequalification for supply, installation and implementation of Reserve Management System (RMS).

The scope of the assignment will cover the implementation of the RMS that support processes in the front office, middle office, risk and back office, in accordance with defined requirement specifications.

It also involves migration of historical data from legacy systems. Further, the vendor is expected to provide relevant documentations, training, and support.

Prequalification will be conducted through the procedures specified in Regulation 119 of the Public Procurement (Regulations – Government Notice 446 of 2013) and is open to all applicants as defined in the regulations.

Interested applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the office of the Secretary, BOT Tender Board, 2 Mirambo Street, 2nd Floor, South Tower from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Monday to Friday except on public holidays before the deadline for the submission of applications.

A complete set of prequalification documents in English may be obtained free of charge by interested applicants on the submission of a written application to the address given above.

All applications should be submitted as one original plus two copies properly filled in, enclosed in plain envelopes and delivered to the BOT Tender Board at or before December 21st, 2016 at 11.00 am.

Applications will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of applicants’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the BOT, Prospective Banking Hall, Ground Floor, South Tower, 2 Mirambo Street.

Late applications, portion of applications, electronic applications, and applications not received, applications not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
