On 16th May 2014 the Golden Tulip hotel in Dar Es Salaam will host a fundraising dinner to collect TZS 700 million for the construction of a new Lutheran Church in Bumbuli, Lushoto in Tanga region, in Northeastern Tanzania.
HE Jakaya Kikwete President of the United Republic of Tanzania will be the guest of honor.
The dinner will see the auctioning among others, of two special photographs printed on glass of Tanzanian dramatic views of Dar es Salaam city center and of the sunrise in Bumbuli where the church will be built.
Guests can also contribute with goods, to reduce the amount of money needed. The following can be provided:
1. Cement=250Tons
2. Nondo=65Ton
3. Floor tiles =1100m2
4. IT Roof 28G=1,540m2
5. Purlins 150 x 50x 19 x 2=141pcs @ 6m long
The top ten contributors will receive a certificate of appreciation from the President Kikwete.
