NMB, CRDB, and VODA have featured persistently among the top five turnover counters across recent weeks, underscoring their continued dominance of secondary market activity on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange.

Bond Market

Bond turnover totaled TZS 124.17 billion across 161 deals, a surge of +252.56% compared to Week 35 of 2026’s TZS 35.22 billion.

The yield curve flattened as the 5-year tenor rose +105.3 basis points while the 25-year tenor eased -39.0 basis points, compressing the spread between short and long maturities.
