FSDT is inviting consultancy proposals for the design and development of a modern intranet portal on Microsoft SharePoint to enhance knowledge management and digital collaboration. Proposals must be submitted by 16 June 2025.

The Financial Sector Deepening Trust (FSDT) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals by 16 June 2025 for designing, developing, and implementing a modern intranet portal on SharePoint Online.

The objective is to enhance FSDT’s digital workplace by leveraging its Microsoft 365 ecosystem—including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform—to support organizational learning and knowledge management.

The scope of work includes:

-Deploying a knowledge-centric intranet aligned with FSDT’s 2024/25 Business Plan.

-Enhancing information architecture through tagging, metadata, and classification.

-Establishing document lifecycle management and governance processes.

-Integrating seamlessly with Microsoft 365 tools and implementing Power Platform automations.

-Migrating existing intranet content with improved metadata.

Tanzania Investment Guide 2026 Full Edition

-Delivering user training, governance frameworks, and four weeks of post-implementation support.

Key Deliverables:

-Inception report with assessment findings and workplan.

-Fully deployed SharePoint Online intranet portal with optimized architecture.

-Training materials and documentation for administrators and end users.

-Office 365 integration setup.

-Permissions structure and governance configuration.

-Content migration.

-Post-implementation support plan and four-week engagement.

Timeline & Budget:

-Consultancy duration: June–September 2025, up to 60 working days.

-Financial proposals must not exceed USD 35,000 (inclusive of taxes).

Submission & Evaluation:

-Technical proposal: max 5 pages (excluding CVs).

-Financial proposal: itemized in USD.

Submission via procurement@fsdt.or.tz by 5:00 p.m. EAT, 16 June 2025.

-Evaluation based on 80% technical and 20% financial scores. Minimum technical score required: 70/100.

-Mandatory criteria include Microsoft Solutions Partner certification, at least three relevant SharePoint intranet projects in past 3–5 years, and qualified team credentials.
