Swiss To Introduce Daily Flights From Dar Es Salaam From June 2014

SWISS International Airlines will introduce daily flight from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, as from 23rd of June 2014.

According to Bernard Schindelholz, Country Manager of SWISS in Tanzania “Due to the oil & gas industry in Tanzania, air transport -international and domestic – will certainly increase in the country. We already see this year a higher number of passengers using our services to Dar es Salaam, reason for SWISS to introduce a daily flights.”

SWISS recently becomes the world’s first certificated “allergy-friendly” airline, by introducing a number of ground and inflight products designed to enhance the air travel experience for allergy sufferers.

These innovations will include lactose- and gluten- free food and beverage, pillows stuffed with synthetic materials as an alternative to the down-filled version, skin friendly soaps and ceasing its use in the cabin of air fresheners that might cause nose and throat irritations.
