Swiss International Air Lines is relaunching its online presence via a new “fully responsive” website and a new App and will introduce Mobile Money payments in Tanzania.
The new swiss.com website automatically adapts its display, content and functions to the device being used by each site visitor, being tablets, smartphones or PCs.
The new website is substantially more user-friendly, and features numerous new functions further details including local hotels, sights, shops and restaurants of all SWISS destination and the option to pre-buy special gift such as champagne to be consumed during flight.

The new app offers, in addition to book flights, personalized air travel information tailored to travellers’ trips, the latest weather report for their destination or their current Miles & More mileage balance.
According to Mr Bernard Schindelholz, Country Manager for Swiss International Air Lines in Tanzania, when in exclusive talk with TanzaniaInvest.com “Our new enhanced WEB site will help our Tanzanian passengers not only to book online, but also to reserve their preferred seats, book a special meal or buy a special gift (chocolate cake, champagne, red wine). Payment can be done actually by all major credit cards and the company is working on other means of payment such as CASH, PAYPAL and Mobile Money Transfer Services. “
