The Tanzanian Economic Development Summit 2025 will be held from March 10 to 14, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

The summit is organized by The National Institute of Minority Economic Development (NIMED) in partnership with the Tanzanian Embassy in Washington, D.C., AmCham Tanzania, TanTrade, and the Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC).

Strengthening U.S.-Tanzania Commercial Ties

The event aims to enhance business cooperation between the U.S. and Tanzania, facilitating investment opportunities and trade expansion. Over 19 U.S. minority-owned companies will travel to Tanzania to explore business opportunities in various sectors, including:
