Tanzania Fifth Real Estate Home Expo Held In Dar Es Salaam

The Tanzania Home Expo organized by the EAG Group was recently held in Dar Es Salaam to bring together different players of the real estate industry and provide all the information regarding homes to the service consumers.

According to the director of the EAG Group Mr. Zenno Ngowi, over 70 foreign and local exhibitors attended the three-day event.

According to the organizers 90 % of exhibitors confirmed to get business leads and potential clients at the previous expos .

The growth of this event is represented by the ever increasing number of exhibitors and new entrants.

The first Tanzania Homes Expo had merely 25 exhibitors compared to 4th event which had over 100 exhibitors.

Today Tanzania homes expo is the largest and most visited homes event in Tanzania, providing a platform to showcase different homes products and services.

According to global property guide Tanzania, a 3-bedroom residential property located in a prime location in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania is priced between USD 200,000 to USD 400,000 and in other areas it is priced starting USD 50,000.
