TZS 64 Billion Super Commercial Complex Launched in Moshi In Northern Tanzania

Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete unagurated a TZS 64 Billion super commercial complex that will include hotels, bank and conference halls, shops and offices in Moshi Municipality, northern Tanzania.

The project is funded by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) while the landlord is the Moshi Municipal Council.

This commercial complex known as Kilimanjaro Commercial Complex will act as an opportunity for economic growth for business community and the government of Tanzania, said President Kikwete during the inauguration ceremony.

The president has also stressed on the fact that other institutions will need more land for investment and that the Moshi Municipal Council should ensure easy public access to the center.
