Tanzania to Host Energy Connect 2024 Conference (October 16-18): Advancing Clean Cooking and Sustainable Energy Innovations

Energy Connect 2024, the premier event dedicated to advancing clean cooking and sustainable energy, will be held from October 16 to October 18, 2024, at Johari Rotana, Dar es Salaam.

With the theme “Clean Cooking, Green Energy: Synergy for Innovations in Sustainable Energy,” this three-day event is designed to unite stakeholders across various sectors, including government, private industry, financiers, academia, NGOs, and international agencies.

Hosted by Mwananchi Communications Limited in partnership with the Association of Tanzania Oil & Gas Service Providers (ATOGS), the Tanzania LPG Association, and the World Liquid Gas Association (WLGA), the event supports the national goal of ensuring 80% of Tanzanian households access to clean cooking energy by 2034.
