Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange to Hold 10th AGM on 25 June 2025, Shareholders to Vote on TZS 125.50 Dividend

The Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange PLC will hold its 10th Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2025. Shareholders will approve financials, dividend, auditors, and elect board members. Attendance is available both physically and virtually.

The Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange PLC (DSE) will hold its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 at 9:30 a.m., both physically and virtually.

The meeting will take place at the DSE Offices – Public Gallery, 3rd Floor, Exchange Tower, NHC Morocco Square, Plot 1-3/44, Mwai Kibaki / Ursino Street, Dar es Salaam, and virtually through the eAGM Mkutano platform.

The AGM agenda includes the adoption of the minutes of the previous AGM, discussion of matters arising, and the approval of key reports and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.

Shareholders will also vote on the proposed dividend of TZS 125.50 per share, ratification of auditors’ fees, appointment of external auditors for 2025, and approval of directors’ fees.

Other items on the agenda include the election of members to the DSE Board of Directors and any other business.

Those attending in person are required to bring their CDS Account Number and national ID.

Shareholders who cannot attend may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf by submitting the proxy form to the DSE Offices by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 24 June 2025.

Annual Reports for 2024 and proxy forms will be available at the DSE Offices and with licensed dealing members (stockbrokers) from Wednesday, 18 June 2025.

The register closing date for determining shareholders entitled to vote is Thursday, 19 June 2025.
