The Dar Es Salaam Stock Exchange total turnover during the week ending January 9th 2015 significantly increased by +78.73% to TZS 7,160 million from TZS 4,006 million the previous trading week. Total Market Capitalization reached TZS 22,525.34 billion (+1.96%).

All Shares Index (DSE) closed at 2,548.90 points (+0.78%), and Tanzania Share Index (TSI) closed at 4,740.24 points (+1.52%).

Industrial & Allied index (IA) closed at 6,047.82 points (+2.27%) and Banks Finance & Investment index (BI) closed at 3,513.16 points (-0.10%).
