Stanbic Bank Tanzania is looking for a competent individual to fill the senior management
position of Head Information Technology (Chief Information Officer) at SBG 13. Deadline for application is Monday, 31st December 2018.

This role reports directly to the Country Chief Executive with matrix reporting lines into
Regional Chief Information Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer, Africa Regions.

The purpose of the role is to provide operational IT leadership for the Information
Technology Department and be accountable for directing, planning, organizing and
controlling all IT functions.

Tanzania Investment Guide 2026 Free Edition

In addition, the role is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of IT services and sponsor process/system improvements aimed at the efficient and effective provision of IT services.

The incumbent will sit on the Country Executive Committee and also represent the Bank on
external forums as directed by the Executive Committee.
